Nursing Fundamentals Volume 2 of 2, is a continuation from course Nursing Fundamentals Volume 1 of 2. As a member of the health-care team, the practical nurse participates in assessing the patient's physical status, in meeting the patient's nutritional needs, in preparing the patient for diagnostic and surgical procedures, and in teaching the patient self-care.
This course will further present the theory and concepts that the practical nurse should know in order to assist in patient evaluation and function as a team leader in the health-care environment.
